Groundies was founded in the Black Forest in 2019. Our mission has remained unchanged since the beginning: to combine the many advantages of natural walking with modern design and high-quality materials. Today, Groundies are worn in over 150 countries.

We believe in the power of a conscious lifestyle – from the ground up. That's why we develop shoes that make it easy for everyone to do something good for themselves, step by step.

The result is a new category of shoes that combines function, style, and sustainable quality. We call it TrueSense® Footwear.

Our TrueSense® insoles are thin, lightweight, and flexible, yet robust. They allow for maximum freedom of movement and sensory perception with full protection and exceptional durability. Groundies are available in various fits, depending on the model – often in two versions.

Design & Variety

Function isn't everything. Groundies not only perform well, but they also look good. Of course, you can only see for yourself – by browsing our models and designs in the shop.
