The lacing system stabilises the mid foot, even during fast or explosive movements.

Your questions about our barefoot shoes
The safest method is to measure your feet before ordering. Here's how:
1. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper.
2. Mark with a line the spot where your longest toe ends.
3. Measure the length from the heel to the longest toe.
4. Compare your foot length with the size chart – you can find it directly on the respective product page next to the size selection.
Important:Â Â Each Groundies model has its own size chart. Please always refer to the information provided with the specific shoe.
Our tip:  If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Barefoot shoes should fit a little loosely. A space of about 1 cm in front of your toes is ideal – this gives you enough room to roll your foot and prevents pressure on your toes.

Our Groundies soles differ in flexibility, tread depth and fit: from particularly thin and flexible for maximum ground feel to slightly thicker soles for more protection in everyday life or during outdoor activities.
Depending on the model, the width of the toe box also varies between Barefoot Fit, Barefoot+ and Barefoot Light Fit.
